Custom Application
The Farmers Elevator provides such services as custom application of chemicals and fertilizer. We use two Field Gymmy dry boxes, two Air Rides, Walker and three liquid Field Gymmys. Please call the elevator for custom application rates.
Rental Equipment
The elevator also has thirteen Nitrogen applicators that are rented out to the farmers. There are fourteen fertilizer spreaders that can be rented out to the farmers.
Grain Hauling
The elevator also hauls grain off of the farm. Please call the Pleasant Bend office for prices and to get on your name on the list to have your grain hauled.
Chemical and Fertilizer Products
Pleasant Bend and the Standley branch handle the chemical and fertilizer products. Please call the elevator for prices and a complete list of the different types of chemicals and fertilizer. Some of the more common types are listed here. Also, we have a variety of clover seed. These are listed.
Marketing Programs
The Farmers Elevator has several different grain marketing programs. We offer Cash Contracts, Forward Contracts, Basis Contracts, Hedge to Arrive Contracts and Purchasing of Options.
Branch Products and Services
The North Creek branch does the cleaning and treating of seed for beans, wheat, oats and clover. They also have feed that can be delivered to the farm for a fee. North Creek also has a variety of seed products.
The Standley facility offers a variety of seed wheat, beans, and corn along with chemicals and fertilizer. Standley also has Anhydrous Ammonia. Their equipment consist of two 12-row bars and one 6-row no-till bars that can either be a 6-row or 8-row bar along with twenty-seven wagons. They also have five fertilizer spreaders and one 28% applicator available for rent to farmers.
